After a tragic event leaves her struggling to cope with the pressures of home and family, Katy joins her boyfriend Jamie and friends Tom and Gemma on one final trip before their lives begin to move in different directions.
Their destination is Craven Castle, an isolated and ancient castle hidden deep in the Northumberland countryside. What begins as a chance to escape reality soon becomes something far more disturbing as the group uncover the castle's dark history and discover that some of its secrets have never truly been buried.
As strange events begin to unfold and the castle seems to turn against them, Katy is forced to confront not only the horrors surrounding her, but the choices she has spent so long trying to avoid.
The Ghost Shot is a character-driven Gothic horror about friendship, grief, love, duty and survival—where the greatest danger may not be the supernatural forces waiting inside the castle, but the choices people make when those they love are at risk.
